Very nice cabin in a peaceful surrounding

  The owner was really nice and super helpful. The cabin was peaceful but very very cold (however we did come on a freezing weekend) and only discovered the portable heater... read more the next day. The shower wasn’t always hot and was mainly cold so we had to ask him to come and sort it and he said it has something to do with others using the hot tub so we had to wait but he came after and sorted it out straight away. Because of the freezing weather we were without water all night but it returned in the morning. The water pressure was also not good very little water was coming out of the shower. I can imagine in the summer this place would be 10/10 apart from the shower. The host allowed us a late check in as no one else was coming that day which was very kind and we are very grateful. Overall he was very kind and immediately responsive and the place was comfortable and cozy!

Would recommend getting wood. We brought extra and still needed more as we used the fire pit too. We shall definitely come back!! Thank you for having us. A really lovely thoughtful get away, loved the little extras like towels and washing up kit set. WiFi was bonus. Well done guys. Xx

The instructions were clear for how to... read more get into the hut and for how to use the facilities, however if there was to be an issue, the host made sure you had their contact details and could just message. I would highly recommend Serenity Lakes if you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

We made use of the sauna and hammocks, again lovely to use with clear instructions. The hosts were responsive and set everything up well for our arrival.

Would recommend staying here for a relaxing countryside getaway.
